Before you open a shop
Is Teely the same website as PrintBere?
No. Teely.shop is the hosted storefront platform, operated by PrintBere. You build and manage the shop on Teely; PrintBere is the production partner behind the orders.
Does Teely replace a custom PrintBere order or quote?
Not always. Teely is best when multiple people should shop and order for themselves. For one coordinated business order, specialty project, or detailed quote, work directly with PrintBere.
What does it cost to start?
Creating a shop is free during Teely's early-access period. Products still have a production and fulfillment floor, and normal payment-processing, shipping, and tax charges may apply. Current Teely terms control.
Do I have to buy inventory first?
No. Customers order the size and color they want, and PrintBere produces the item after the order is released for fulfillment.
How do I get paid?
Connect your own supported payment account on Teely. Customer payments go through that processor to you; your processor's fees and payout schedule apply.
Who owns the artwork?
You must own or have permission to use every design you upload. Teely and PrintBere use submitted artwork to display and fulfill your products under the current Teely terms; uploading it does not transfer ownership to PrintBere.
Who handles printing, shipping, and tracking?
PrintBere handles physical production and shipping. Teely keeps the order connected to your shop and shows fulfillment information as it becomes available.
