Accounts and site use

Provide accurate information and keep account credentials secure. Do not misuse the site, interfere with its operation, probe protected areas, upload malicious content, or use the service unlawfully.

Prices, tax, and order acceptance

Prices, shipping, tax, discounts, and payment status shown on the final order are part of the order. An order submission is an offer to purchase and may be declined or paused for an unavailable item, incorrect pricing, suspected fraud, prohibited content, or a production limitation. If a material correction is required, we will contact you before proceeding.

When an order is placed with payment due later, the customer remains responsible for the stated order total under the agreed payment terms.

Artwork and customer content

You retain ownership of content you submit. You give PrintBere permission to store, process, reproduce, resize, color-separate, and otherwise use that content as needed to quote, produce, display previews for, and fulfill your request.

You represent that you have the rights and permissions needed for submitted names, logos, images, trademarks, and other content. We may refuse content that appears unlawful, infringing, deceptive, hateful, dangerous, or otherwise unsuitable for production.

Proofs and production variation

The customer is responsible for reviewing names, spelling, quantities, sizes, placement, and artwork details before approval or submission. Garment dye lots, screen colors, print placement, dimensions, and material texture can vary within normal production tolerances. Exact screen-to-product color matching is not guaranteed unless expressly agreed in writing.

Delivery, returns, and cancellations

The Shipping & pickup policy and Returns & refund policy are incorporated into these terms. Estimated dates are not guarantees unless expressly stated. Contact us promptly about an order problem or requested change.

Service availability and responsibility

We work to keep the site and ordering tools accurate and available, but they may occasionally be interrupted or contain an error. To the extent permitted by law, PrintBere is not responsible for indirect or consequential losses arising from use of the site or a delayed order. Nothing in these terms excludes rights or remedies that cannot legally be excluded.

Governing law and contact

These terms are governed by Ohio law, without regard to conflict-of-law rules. Questions may be sent to support@printbere.com. We may update these terms prospectively; the updated date above identifies the current version.
