This policy explains how PrintBere handles personal information when you browse printbere.net, create an account, submit artwork, request a quote, place an order, or contact us.

Information we collect

  • Contact and account information, including name, email, phone number, business name, password hash, and saved addresses.
  • Order and transaction information, including products, artwork, production instructions, delivery address, tax status, payment status, and order history.
  • Files and content you submit, including designs, images, project data, reviews, messages, and quote requests.
  • Technical information needed to operate and secure the site, such as cookie identifiers, IP address, browser information, request logs, and fraud or rate-limit signals.

How we use information

  • Provide accounts, calculate prices, tax and shipping, produce and fulfill orders, and provide customer support.
  • Send order, account, pickup, shipping, security, and service communications.
  • Prevent fraud, abuse, duplicate orders, and unauthorized access; diagnose errors; and keep required business records.
  • Improve the catalog, services, and customer experience and comply with legal obligations.

When information is shared

We share only what is reasonably needed with service providers that help us operate the store, such as payment processors when online payment is selected, hosting and storage providers, email providers, shipping carriers, tax and address tools, and production-order systems. We may also disclose information when required by law, to protect customers or the business, or as part of a business transaction. We do not sell customer personal information for money.

Cookies and retention

The site uses cookies needed for carts, sign-in, security, and preferences. We retain information for as long as needed to provide the service, maintain order and tax records, resolve disputes, prevent abuse, and meet legal obligations. Artwork and project files may remain with an order or saved project until they are deleted under our retention process.

Your choices

You may request access to or correction or deletion of personal information by emailing support@printbere.com. Some records must be kept for completed orders, taxes, fraud prevention, or other legal reasons. Marketing messages include an unsubscribe method; essential order and account messages are not marketing.
